Research Overview

Our Focus Areas

At Cooper Laboratory, our research encompasses a wide range of disciplines. We aim to push the boundaries of scientific understanding through collaborative efforts and innovation.

Proteomics

Proteomics is transforming biomedical research by revealing new biomarkers and therapeutic targets. Analyzing protein profiles provides critical insights for more effective treatments and personalized medicine. This innovative approach enhances understanding of diseases and fosters breakthroughs in diagnostics and interventions. Embracing proteomics is vital for improving patient outcomes.

Extracellular Vesicles

Extraacellular vesicles (EVs) play a crucial role in cell-cell communication, acting like biological emails that transport vital information and molecular 'documents' between. These tiny vesicles are essential for various physiological processes and are emerging as important vectors for biomarker discovery, offering insights into health and disease. By facilitating transfer of proteins, lipids, and RNA, EVs contribute to the intricate network of signaling that maintains cellular function and homeostasis. Understanding their significance opens new avenues for research and therapeutic applications.

Ovarian Cancer

There is an urgent need for innovative diagnostic and therapeutic interventions to combat ovarian cancer effectively. As this disease continues to challenge patients healthcare providers alike, advancing research and treatment options is essential improving outcomes and enhancing the quality of life for those affected. We must prioritize efforts to develop targeted therapies and early detection methods to make a meaningful difference the fight against ovarian cancer.
